Storytelling has been used for thousands of years not only to entertain and document as well as initiate new processes of thought but also to pass on knowledge. Simliar to the neurological processes creating a new memory, storytelling works with associations.
In the 3-week module we took a closer look at cross-media storytelling while focusing on dramaturgical and narrative elements to form subtexts, and aiming to make the content accessible and memorable over a certain period of time. A wide variety of texts, links, hashtags, comments, audio and images to a chosen topic was deconstructed, meaningfully reassembled and formatted taking on a non-linear and non-conventional perspective.
