This publication examines the idea of solitary artistic practice and its relevance within the design process. In today’s digital era, designers draw from a shared reservoir of ideas, fueled by technology’s effortless access to visuals, sounds and models. Recognizing collaboration as a response to multifaceted (and ever-changing)  problems, this publication originates from the “Design Unfolds” symposium at ZHdK. Featuring a widespread ensemble of contributors and speakers, its design, evoking blueprint paper, pays homage to innovation in replication.
