Once celebrated for its diverse yogurts, the site of dairy factory TONI in Zurich underwent various transformations. After being a nucleus for clubs, dining spots, and artists, today it flourishes as the Zurich University of the Arts. Partnering with EM2N architects, the university transformed the site into a bustling nexus of creativity, also inhabiting contemporary studios, offices, theaters, galleries, and residences. This engaging paperback tracks its transition from an industrial past to a state-of-the-art educational and communal hub.
